RESIDENTIAL ASSETS

The ÁLIA residential estate is being built on the scenic bank of the Moskva River, in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo District. Project execution has seven phases. Residential development for the first two phases has been designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), a famous architectural firm that contributed to the creation of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper, as well as 10,000 buildings in fifty countries, which it worked on in alliance with Russian companies.

ÁLIA is a modern, stylish area that consists of urban blocks: residential neighborhoods with a diverse social and business infrastructure and private inner courtyards shielded from traffic. Secure underground parking is provided for car owners’ convenience. The urban blocks have business class apartments with views of the park areas, the Moskva River and the business park. The built-in commercial spaces will be used for stores, restaurants, gyms, beauty parlors, and service facilities. There will be two kindergartens, two schools, and a general outpatient clinic within walking distance. Another facility built in the area is Chkalov Arena, a modern multifunctional sports complex, which includes a rhythmic gymnastics center, several ice arenas, a fencing center, a fitness center with a pool, and a hockey training center.

The project team has developed its own standards for apartment design, founded upon ergonomic layouts, transformable spaces, and ease of operation. Buyers can peruse a selection of spaces of different sizes, from cozy studios to panoramic multiroom apartments and penthouses. The design includes over 100 apartment models with traditional and Euro-style layouts. The apartments are offered both without any finishing and with white-box prefinishing. All ÁLIA apartments have increased window dimensions, loggias, and corner glazing; some apartments also face three different directions for maximum sunlight and have windows in the bathroom.
