The ÁLIA residential area by ASTERUS caters to kids as well: there will be two schools in the district (for 825 and 1,100 students respectively), along with two kindergartens (for 300 and 350 students respectively). A clinic for 250 visitors per shift will also open its doors.

Two social facilities (day care facility and school) as part of the first and second phases of the project were designed by the ASADOV architectural bureau..

The school for 825 students scheduled to be completed in H2 2023 will major in physics and technology. The curriculum will be formed here by the leading technical universities of Moscow. It will take into account the current professional requests from Russia’s largest industrial and technological companies.
