November 15, 2019, Moscow. Sberbank PJSC and SPECIALIZED DEVELOPER “RESIDENCE” LLC have signed an agreement on a line of credit with a limit of 16.4 billion rubles for the construction of ÁLIA, a new residential estate on the Moskva River bank in Tushino.
Sberbank will fund the first phase of this comprehensive development project aimed at improving the former Tushino airfield. Spanning 71 hectares, the project will include various business and residential facilities, social and sports infrastructure, and urban amenities along the embankment. The area will gain an outpatient clinic, two kindergartens, two schools, and its own sports complex. The total area of the buildings under construction will exceed one million square meters.
