In December 2019, SPECIALIZED DEVELOPER “RESIDENCE” LLC completed a tender for the general contractor to work on the first four buildings (1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2) of the ÁLIA residential estate, which are currently being designed by the renowned Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) bureau.
ANTTEQ LLC was the winning bidder. This construction and engineering company is part of the Ant Yapi holding, Turkey, present in the business and residential real estate market since 2001. The holding cooperates with such companies as Capital Group, Pioneer, MR Group, Augur Estate, KDD, and Zaha Hadid, and it has already sold more than 2.3 million sq. m of real estate. The total area of its current projects reaches 2.1 million sq. m.
The construction is set to begin in January 2020 and end in Q3 2021.
